PRESERVE YOUR MEMORIES

We use a wedding gown preservation company based in Burlington City. The company has been in business since 2010 and used the proven cleaning methods recognized by the international Fabric Institute. Each gown is evaluated upon its arrival and the best cleaning process for that particular gown is used. The gown then fitted on a acid-free bust form and packed in the acid-neutral preservation chest. The whole process will take 2-3 weeks from start to finish.

Can I use regular laundry bags for the service?

Yes! You will also get one free Clean Avenue bag after the first order, however, you will be charged additionally for each extra bag for your next order.

What are the latest and earliest you can Pickup / Deliver?

Currently, we do 6:30 am - 11:00 am morning and 4:30 pm - 9:00 pm evening shifts for pickup and delivery hours.

Can you hang dry my delicates?

Of course, hand-dry items must be separated by a plastic bag within a Clean Avenue bag, so that we know which items should be hang-dried. It is subject to an additional charge of $2.75 per piece.

What detergents, softeners and bleaches does Clean Avenue offer?

Detergents: Tide, Gain, Arm & Hammer,
Seventh Generation.
Softeners: Downy, Downy Free Sensitive.
Dryer Sheets: Bounce Sheets.
Bleaches: Clorox, Oxi-Clean.
